Do you do custom projects?
Yes! I love unconventional projects that make me think out of the box and impart my special effect on the videos. Let's talk and bring your project to life. I am so excited!
Can I reschedule my videoshoot?
Of course! Life happens to all of us. We can reschedule your video shoot subject to availability of slots. We will do eveything in our power to find you another convinient time.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Ah, life strikes again! We will cancel the shoot but won't be able to refund the deposit as we would have had denied the slot to someone else when we kept it for you. However, we will try to make it up to you in your next booking. It's not all about the money at TRE Film Porductions after all.
Do I need to put down a deposit?
Yes, we need to book a day and a time specially for you. We require a $100 deposit and accept Zelle, Venmo and Card payments
Do you only work in Houston?
No, I work in Houston MTA: The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Cypress, Katy, Downtown Houston, Willis, Galveston, etc. All my base packages cover first 20 miles of travel and a separate modest fee will apply for longer travel within Harris, Montgomery and Fort Bend counties.
I have an idea but am not sure how it can be executed. Can you help me?
We love helping our cleints make their vision come to life. We will ask you to describe your idea as best as you can and then offer you a story board to match it. We have yet to fail!
